Do you have any evidence for that statement?

Your link doesn't provide any, it just says that 9 people were killed
in accidents with police cars. No mention of speeding.

2003 - There were 31 people killed by speeding police cars.

31 people killed in police chases does NOT mean 31 people killed by
speeding police cars - particularly when 16 of them were the drivers
of the cars being chased, and 7 more were passengers in those cars.

So there were only two pedestrians and six people min "uninvolved"
vehicles killed, and the article doesn't say whether *any* of those
were hit by police cars.

This time you don't even have a link, although I imagine it would
again say something very different to what you claim.

Chuck in several people shot dead by trigger happy cops
and as many mysterious deaths again while in plod custody.

Now let's see... How many successful prosecutions has
there been for these killers? Ermmmmmmm None!

I think you will find there have been several.

Mostly of those actually responsible, of course.

Though there was a policeman convicted of careless driving after
causing a death last year while on duty

And an off duty one this year

And one from 1999 (Which was within the period you pulled "statistics"
for)
