orchid growing, but there is still too little material available . ...

On what planet? There are scores of books on growing orchids. Nobody
needs long out of print books about them, unless they collect rare
orchid books.

It's worth mentioning that these folks don't need them either,
but people that sell such books to the collectors do need them :-P.
