Default HELP-Railway sleepers wanter- North West area

Just be careful about buying sleepers from an ad in the paper. A
friend of mine bought some for a good price & they were delivered, as
promised, onto his drive quietly & very early in the morning while all
were asleep. The only problem was they were all concrete sleepers!
He'd never thought to ask...
