Just wanted to throw out a quick note about Suncast Customer Service.
Brought home a 30 cu ft storage shed/chest and was missing a part.
Actually it had two of one piece and none of what I needed. What a let
down, was very excited about getting it put together to store pool
items. Emailed the general customer service email and asked if they
could send me the part or if I should just return it all back to the
store. Very promply got a reply that they were shipping the part ASAP.
Got the part a couple days later and got her in service. The way
customer service seems to have fallen apart almost everywhere, I wanted
to give Suncast credit.
