I have one of those weird shaped pillows but use it under a PROPER
pillow so I get the firmness but also the comfort!
I've tried those but can't get on with them so we have a firm pillow
underneath and a softer one on top and that seems to work well. Of course,
having found a really good chiropractor who I visit weekly does a lot of
good, too!
