Hi
As a complete novice i am hoping someone will be able to help me along here,i recently started gardening and am begining to enjoy it .
My Aunt who lives in the Shetland Isles has asked me how to get rid of what she calls Ground Alder which is taking over her garden Any ideas !!

Also i have two large Poppy plants which are flowering for the second time this year(Big Red ones) can i half or quarter them to get more plants if yes how !!!
