trap is best.......the method goes

place trap in mole run
catch mole (so) or is miles not sure.
lay mole out in sun to ripen
wait a few days for junk mail to arrive with freepost envelope
place mole in envelope and post.

there that's more interesting than just planting a weed that wont work
anyway.
