Default Council Mulch

As I understand it the local Wollongong council gives away mulch made
from its green waste. You have to get it and load your trailer

Has anyone used this stuff, is it composted? or is it full of weed
seeds?

It may be composted if it's been there long enough. Mainly, the stuff is
chipped prunings. We got some from Parra Council once -- it was actually hot!

Your local council guys may be happy to dump a truckload on your driveway
straight after pruning. Mine were.
