I'm asking if anyone has a copy of the January 2006 Orchids magazine that
they would like to sell for a reasonable price. I was a day late renewing
my membership last December, and the AOS wouldn't start my renewal until
February 2006. In this age of computers, I would have thought that they
could process the renewal in a more timely manner (plus I've been a member
since 1988), but hey, technically I was late, so I didn't press the issue.
I just went to the AOS website to renew my membership, and I figured I would
go ahead and buy a copy of my missing issue. Lo and behold, they want $8
for shipping! These people are starting to **** me off! I'm now seriously
thinking about not renewing, and maybe subscribing to the Orchid Digest
instead. Anyhow, if anyone has a January 2006 issue for sale, please
contact me off-list.
