Half a mile from my house is a garden which has a narrow border round

The snowdrops are well in bloom. Mine are not even showing leaf yet.
Can anyone tell me what variety this might be, or do I have to go and
knock on their door?
These are quite short, with wider than usual leaves. I have Elwesii
which have wide leaves and are tall, when they come up.
Is there a good reference site?

The man who is now the curator of The Garden House in Buckland Monachorum,
Devon, is a snowdrop expert. I think his name is Matthew Bishop. You could
perhaps, email him?
