Having heard the reputation of JA and then hearing Carol (Isn't she a
delight!) describe them as a "wind break" I wonder if there is a
double meaning to that, or even a misinterpretation!

She is BRILLIANT. Grubby hands, filthy boots, loads of wrinkles :~)
She's an inspiration. I really felt I wanted to taste those tatties boiled
in the garden !
