My own theory is that at least one of the people wanting a moderated group
is also a person who cannot resist engaging the troll(s) and cross-posting
their ****ing matches across large numbers of inappropriate groups. AND
constantly morphing their name.

Rec.ponds remains quite useable for me, thanks to the wonderful folks from
Forte software.

I hope it isn't too far afield, but the trolls and loonies that
occasionally show up in URG are vastly more entertaining. I haven't had
the heart to admit that I actually eat the fish from my pond. Oops....
