Default Cat exclusion success

Some time ago I wrote and asked if rabbit wire backing onto hawthorn
hedges would also keep cats out. Well I have not seen a cat in my garden
since, so I can claim success, unless of course all the local cats have
moved or been cat napped, though I think the only cat napping near my
garden has been me! :-)
However, unless it is a coincidence all is not well, I am now infested
with mice. They have ruined my sprouts (nibbled but not eaten) now they
are taking the growing point out of my purple sprouting broccoli. On
balance I think cats are preferable, as they are easier to control,
unfortunately I cannot grow anything unless I exclude the rabbits, so
guess I will have to put up with it.

Buy a Hawk
Then all the local mice and small birds will be eradicated
