Our toads seem very polite, they wait for the frogs to finish! I think both
may regret being so forward if the "much colder" forecasts turn out true,
mind you the last two days have had bad forecast but have been quite
pleasant down here. I even managed to repair most of the damages from the
last lot of wind. (just in time for the next lot!)


Hmmm. Well - I think they're the toads but I don't like to presume and get
too 'up close and personal'. But I saw from last year's diary that our
first glimpse of them was on 8th March last year, so this lot is really
early.
The wind is *just* beginning to sound down the chimney now but I read this
morning that it's expected to be much worse on the East coast - we shall
see....... ;-( Whatever it is and wherever it is, I do hope everyone and
their gardens remain well and safe!
