Default Green manures - foraging crops

My choice of green maure would be phacilia for the summer. Leave it
to flower or catch it before, then follow with a 60:40 mix of
hungarian grazin rye and red clover sown Aug- Sept.
For clay - use deep rooted plants to break it up. Tares and fooder
radish are good.
