Thank you for looking. The lighting was troublesome enough. But purple
is a difficult flower color to reproduce and I never get it quite right.
I have been messing around with some photos of a purple variety of
autumn sage that I just can't get enough of in person, but am always
disappointed with photographically. I am ready to give up. Sharing
certain flowers may need to wait for the development of the
holoreplicative internet. Infinite depth of field! Imagine sharing
smells and textures via the web!! Pat's hummingbirds flying around our
living rooms!!!

:-)

A lovely idea but will they void too?

Ha! Yet another keyboard health hazard to worry about. I won't be
viewing many pigeon images until that little wrinkle is ironed out.
