Default [IBC] Cinnamite

I have been using Cinnamite commercial product for the last month or so. It
appears to be an effective insecticide and miticide but there is significant
toxicity to new leaves on many species including ficus.

Further surfing finds a site "rosecare.com" that sells Cinnamite at $40 for
20 oz (or thereabouts) IT is a commercial product. The small
grower/homeowner has better products available. The commercial people like
things like Cinnamite because it can be used close to sale or harvest and it
has a low REI (Re entry interval) This is the period of time workers must
stay away from or out of a sprayed area. For Cinnamite it is four hours as
opposed to days for more toxic stuff. If you are a commercial grower this
can be down time for greenhouses and workers. If you are spraying a few
bonsai trees, outdoors there is less concern and you can use more effective
things. Also as Jim Lewis and the manufacturers label says this is
phototoxic to some plants.
