Well I never thought of that, but now that you make me think about it,
it's unfortunately true that what might evoke rustic beauty for some could
be seen by someone else as trashy, probably the same sorts who wish
everyone would just pop together prefab RubberMaid sheds. As Malvina

If you end up making one yourself, you should also check out the
construction plans for outhouses, which could make really charming rustic
sheds with just the seat left out.

There was already a large sturdy wooden garden shed here when we bought
the place, & I keep planning to give it cedar shingles, but there's always
so much else to do.
