is probably an Euphorbia, because of the leaf arrangement and acrid
white latex, but I've never seen this one before.

It appeared as a seedling in an area where I lost a Palm. The soil

I don't know what format you attachment was in but it is just garbage on
my end and I rarely have problems viewing pictures.

It is nothing we can see. Just as you say, hash.
