In Soth Norfolk District Council areas, my area, we have a similar
scheme and my large daleks only cost £6 each. Also one can purchase
compost by the load. Five miles away the Norwich City Council run
schemes for recycling etc. I think we are well served in this area.

Do they charge for delivery? They do in Reading :-((

How much are your loads of compost? Ours are £35.00 per 1 Tonne Builders bag
delivered anywhere on the Island.

Sunny but the occasional shower here on the Isle of Wight.

I have to admit I don't know the answers to your questions. I have
forgotten. However, I want some delivered for the vegetable garden
and I shall telephone them to find out.

One thing they do charge for now, where hitherto they didn't, is the
vermin service. We always get vermin in the attics. Mice we set
traps for and empty every two days or so but when a rat gets in, we
call in the man from the Council and they charge although, again, I
can't remember how much.
