I understand, but I dont quite understand about the International Bonsai.
Is it at the same place or separate? Few months ago I bought 101 Essential
Tips Bonsai. Neat little starter book...is this the right path or what?

It is an outstanding magazine. Old copies are collector's items. But it is
fairly expensive and quite advanced for a beginner. I think you would find
more that you could use in International Bonsai (you can get the address and
price on their web page) and add Bonsai Today later when you are a little
more experienced.
