If you used the mulch, why would the neighbors have anything to say?
I don't GET people sometimes. You can rent a U-Haul open trailer and
go to get yourself free mulch over by the Round Rock, High School
where they shred and recycle brush and trees.

Can you be more specific wrt location and is this year around or
seasonal - like Christmas trees and the like?

Home Depot and Lowes do deliver for $50-60 for any amount of material.
The bagged mulch is more expensive than by the yard so it becomes a more
expensive route.

I have ordered stones and such from Organics By Gosh who also make the
"Texas Native Hardwood Mulch" that is sold at Home Depot/Lowes. It is
relatively dark colored.

Off of 620 coming from I-35 make a left onto Deepwood. It's about a
mile or so down from the freeway. Stay in the right lane and keep
looking for the mulch yard. You have to bring a recent water bill to
prove you live in Round Rock. It is year round, not just when pine
trees are shred.
