How can I identify a culinary Bay tree?
Thanks everyone for their help.
If I'm back you'll know I got it right.

| If they don't smell of Bay and are soft then don't use them.

| I can think of nothing you could mix up with Bay
As I said, Prunus lusitanica. It smells different, and has very different
flowers, but looks VERY similar in leaf.
