Hi there,
I've found a huge stack of old slate roof tiles in the corner of my
shed and was wondering if they could be of any use in the garden ? I
am all for recycling and thought perhaps they could be put to use as
some kind of decorative mulch. Is this a feasible idea ? Perhaps
someone could suggest other practical garden uses for the tiles. I
would appreciate any imaginative solutions !
Thanks very much.

Uncle.

Ahem. We have just spent nearly £200 on some Delabole slate tiles to
replace those facing the side of our house. I strongly suggest you get some
idea of their value!
