I hope I have not bored people with this before but okra makes
a good Indian Raita. Cut the okra into 1/8 inch slices and fry
until brown and crisp. Mix yoghurt and sour cream 1:1 with a
sliced jalapeno and salt and then fold in the crisp okra.
