They use organic farming methods, there's nothing wrong with that, in fact,

I know the Charmolues, Graham. They used to grow Chateau Montrose, one of
the most acclaimed clarets in existence. They're business people, not
fools. If they didn't think was a good plan, they wouldn't use it. They
have experience of doing this for several years. Do you?
