Then on urg you will receive fewer replies than you otherwise might, though
you might receive some. Many of *us* hate the illogic of top posting and do
not answer such posts. And most of us snip long threads. That has been the
custom of this group for years and I don't see too many people changing just
for you. Usually, it is considered polite to find out how a group conducts
itself before barging in and announcing your own preferences.
