The main problem is very cold winds off the North Sea which tend to kill
every thing that comes up too early or stunts the growth of everything else.

Yes Spring arrives here as well (Eventually!)

I'm in Yorkshire and spring arrived in February. No April showers though
so all the forward stuff it being checked. It's very difficult.
