I would think that an organic farmer would *not* spray since that farmer
would lose organic certification. The soils are tested as well as
affadavits signed. When caught, it would not benefit that farmer to spray.

It would seem that if a grower sprayed with a non-organic spray, the
grower would have to remove the word "organic " from his/her produce for
2 years. Or maybe they could just skip all the hassle and let WalMart
certify it as organic.
