I eat them. Have done for years. Along with wheatfeed meal pellets meant for
cattle. Yum.

I've seen where these things are made and the regs for treatent, storage and
handling are as good if not better than human stuff. Same goes for dog/cat
food, it's perfectly edible, tasty too. Just doesn't look very nice.
