It's like the Glastonbury broadcasts, where the rather annoying and
irrelevant presenters were on screen more time that the musicians, damn
stupid and not what this viewer wants at all.

camera is forever on faces in the crowd trying to ham up a bit of dramatic
tension, if Delia makes a complicated quiche the camera isn't on her fingers
it's on her face, when the Mitchell & Kenyon films fetched up there was as
much footage of Dan Cruickshank watching them for us as there was of the
films themselves
