Can someone help me to ID the following plant:

http://me.metaflow-project.org/galle...?g2_itemId=551

Try Ranunculus glacialis (Glacier Crowfoot, Glacier Buttercup)

It's taken in west norway (center) at 1500m

Thanks

Jeroen

Hi,

First I thought it was a Ranunculus glacialis, but when googling the
plants it has allways White/Yellow flowers, never the redish color.
But after some extensive googling I find some images with the same
colors, so it is a Ranunculus. Glacialis

Thanks
Jeroen

I referred to Gray-Wilson & Blamey, "The Alpine Flowers of Britain and
Europe". This says that flowers are "white becoming pink or purplish
tinted".
