Well, not all herbs, but most.

Here is a short list of perennial veggies for, say, Zone 6,

- asparagus
- jerusalem
- perennial chard
- good king henry

Also sorrel, rhubarb, and strawberries. Nothing like a good strawberr-
rhubarb pie :-).
