If you use Outlook Express... After reading what is worth reading just
right click the folder uk.rec.gardening, click properties, click delete.
Everything gone. I find this daily clearout approach better than weeding
out individual threads or trolls who keep changing their names anyway.

But if you delete the whole thing each time you lose all the valuable
articles from the better contributors!
