take some hydro cortisone (sp) cream with you. if you are bitten the
antibiotics within the cream really do help.

Is it antibiotics or is it simply the anti-inflammatory properties of
the steroid cream?

For cellulitis, both.

OK, that's news to me. I didn't know hydrocortisone cream contained
antibiotics.

HHmmmm, I was told it did. but that was by a nurse and not a doctor. Now I
don't know. tell you what thought, for allergic reactions to bites it works
a treat.

Thank you to everyone for being so helpful. I'll talk to pharmacist
