square posts each set 2 foot deep in concrete. Then nailled on cant rails
and 6" gravel boards then good quality feather edge boards. The cant rails
have staggered joints.
I was only putting in two panels, a third of the way up a sheltered garden.
But because it had 12' high granite walls on 3 sides and a lot of shrubs on
the third, I think the wind tended to get in and stay in, if you see what I
mean. It was quite surprising because to all appearances, it was a very
sheltered garden.
