Default Hydroponics & Manure Tea

Does anyone have any experience using manure tea in a hydroponics
setup? Specifically, it's horse manure that has been field leeched
and dried. Fantastic stuff (no odor whatsoever).

I've been looking around the net and the advice I've been able to find
has ranged from "almost impossible" to "incredibly simple." I don't
have a meter so I can't check the PPMs, was hoping for a simple recipe
that would pretty much do the trick without too much tinkering.

Right now I'm just mixing three parts water to one part manure, giving
it a good stir 2x per day and dipping each seedling cup in by hand and
letting it drain. The medium I'm using is coir (coconut fiber). So
far the seedlings look great but I expect that they're still obtaining
energy from the seed itself and therefore success isn't necessarily
due to my recipe.

Once they're grown up a bit I'll be transporting them to fully-
automated hydroponic setups.

So ...any thoughts on a good horse manure tea recipe and/or stories of
success using it?

Thanks much in advance,
Jason
