Cedrus atlantica Glauca Group
Picea pungens

In general any conifer with Glauca or Blue in a cultivar name.
Plantfinder gives for Glauca forms of Abies (fir), Cedrus (cedar),
Chamaecyparis (false cypress), Cunninghamia, Cupressus (cypress), Picea
(spruce), Pinus (pine), Platycladus (Chinese thuja), Pseudotsuga
(douglas fir) and Tsuga (hemlock). Blue gives much the same genera, but
also Juniperus (juniper), Microstrobos, Podocarpus, Sequoiadendron
(redwood) and Taxus (yew).

Coerulea bring up three spruces. There's also a Juniperus horizontalis
'Turquoise Spreader'.
