Default Seed potatoes, Sydney, NSw, Australia, where?

First problem is finding a "hay and corn store"
Second problems will be customs.
Third problem is that spuds sold at supermarket comes from a different
climate.
Fourth, I was hoping to grow a different variety for taste.
