You might want to look for "The Power of Nightmares". It was first
screened on BBC Two in Autumn 2004 as a series of three one hour
documentaries questioning whether the threat of terrorism to the West is
a politically driven fantasy and if al-Qaeda really is an organised
network.
I've heard some audio out-takes and it sounds pretty good.
