Has anyone seen any persimmon trees for sale at a local
(Travis/Hayes/Williamson Co's) nursery in the last couple of weeks? I
know that it is rather late, but my lone and abused Fuyu just
presented me with two wonderfully ripe and tasty specimens. (the only
two, thank you squirrels, raccoons, mockingbirds, and deer...)
Rather than try to transplant it to a better location, I was thinking
of starting additional trees. I would prefer Fuyu or Hachiya but
would consider others.
