I could be mistaken. After the comets killed a female koi, that wasn't even
old enough to breed, I removed them all. I did have a large shubunkin in
the pond for years and never had trouble with it.

Carol, I'm surprised you mix your koi & GF since you were selling the
babies as koi. Perhaps I misunderstand, since that is what we were talking
about?

I guess I'll be learning more now that I have a designated GF only pond, as
I was under the impression GF would breed all season long. ~ jan
