Default Rehmannia angulata

In message , someone
writes
I have grown a lot of Rehmannia angulata from seed. My question is, are
they Gesneriaceae or Scrophulariaceae?

Quite possibly neither. I presume that you've seen

URL:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rehmannia

In addition to the references there, there is a 2006 review by Tank et
al

l_2006.pdf

and a paywalled 2007 paper by Albach et al

It looks to lie in the vicinity of Phyrmaceae, Paulowniaceae and
Orobanchaceae, but might end up in a new family Rehmanniaceae.
