Default chlorophylls and reaction centers...

Hello,
I'm an undergraduate in my second year of biology studies.
Today, in 'Introduction to Plant Sciences' course we discussed the
Hill Reaction, the Professor said that given the rate of DCPIP
reduction or Oxygen creation we can calculate how many chlorophylls
are around one reaction center.
I tried to figure it out but could'nt, the only thing I found in
literature and the www is the Emerson & Arnold experiment from 1932
but they used flashes and not constant light.
Anyway, I tried to ask in class but there is no intension to cover
this subject anymore.

Help would be extremely welcome.

Thanks in advance,
Erez.
