Wait until autumn now. Dig a trench around the bush a bit like a moat. thenget a spade beneath the root system. You are trying to get a cloth or polythene sheet underneath th ewhole plant before yuo lift it out to move to its new home.

Once planted, place a stake at 45degrees to the vertical and tie to the centre of the bush. back fill the new hole and heel in with your foot. water well and keep waterng until your sure its established. Winter can be very dry ven though you may not think it.
