A Salvia (Sage); looks rather like Salvia farinacea.

A composite (family Asteraceae); subfamily Asteroideae, and I think
tribe Heliantheae. You could check Helenium, Echinacea and Rudbeckia,
but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a genus I'm even less familiar with.
