A Sage (Salvia)?


It's a Penstemon!


I agree with the Penstemon ID. I think the blue one is a Salvia - maybe.
The yellow might be a Rudbeckia, the first is Agapanthus and the last is
almost certainly Lysimachia punctata. The yellow multi headed job has
leaves that look a bit like a primula.
