i have the same exposure. (no curtains, just a cherry tree.) blooming

a sharry baby
a howeara lava burst
a psychopsis
a bunch of phals

growing a

a couple more paph seedlings
2 encyclia chochleata babies
a wilsonara

and deigning not to die yet is a phrag jason fischer


i'd say go with some mottled leafed paphs; even if they don't bloom,
they're cool looking. also, a ludisia discolor would probably do fine
behind one of the phal pots; has very nice foliage, but the flowers
are nothing to write home about.

you could try another oncid, just pull the curtain away from one side
and let it sit there.
