Firstly, most general rubbish is sent to
landfill in the UK;


Quite correct.

secondly, general incinerators are not positively
the wrong solution if it DID have a disease justifying incineration;


so are they the right solution or not?

thirdly, the chances of that are infinitesimal; fourthly, rat poisons
are biodegradable.
