Thus far this year I've got a bucket of potatoes from 6 tubs,

I tried to find some last week but didn't see one.

I've got 3
bulbs of elephant garlic, about 5 garlic plants that didn't clove
properly.

Nor have mine.

I wrote 5. I meant 50. I had high hopes for that garlic, you know!

The only garlic I ever had grow well was some I planted from a supermarket
bulb - which you're not advised to do.

The properly Yorkshire cultivated stuff was very expensive and gave up on me
